There are 1508 attached homes with 121 selling in 30 days giving us 12.46 months of inventory.

And apartments with 1421 actives with 90 selling in the last 30 days = 15.78 months of inventory.

March started off well, but quickly changed. We have reductions in volume in the detached and attached segments, with apartment style actually having a year over year gain of 14% increase in volume.
