I am going to start by saying a huge Thank You to everyone who has entrusted me with one of the largest financial transactions of their life. I know very few will get past the first paragraph so I just wanted to get that out of the way.

15 years ago today is the day I passed my licensing exam. Just to put that in perspective we were still using GeoJet and Aurora. MLXChange needed to be installed on Internet Explorer and there used to be a whole storage room dedicated just to carbon copy contracts.

I remember being so nervous to take the exam because it was so expensive and if you didn’t pass you had to pay again. I ended up being the first one done by a long shot and remember thinking oh no that can’t be good. Turns out I scored 96% on the final exam.

Since then I have had the opportunity to represent so many amazing clients. Everyone in the office told me "Don't get cocky no transaction will ever be easy". I thought once in a while you must get an easy one. I will honestly say that out of all the transactions I have had the privilege to be involved in, not one of them has been what you might call an easy one. It makes for a very interesting job sometimes. At the end of the day, it keeps it interesting and fun. It is exactly the environment that a born problem solver like me thrives in

It makes me unbelievably happy that I have been able to see so many realize the dream of homeownership for the first time or selling the family home to take the next step into retirement for empty nesters.

A massive thank you to everyone who has put their trust in me. Thank you to everyone who has referred their friends and family to me. Referring your friends and family to me is the highest compliment and acknowledgement I could receive in this business.

I look forward to the next 15 years of making dreams come true one day at a time. What a ride it has been.
