Ongoing economic uncertainty, driven by tariff threats, has weighed on consumer confidence and impacted housing activity in March.

Here’s a little breakdown:

- March's sales were 18.8% fewer than a year before.
- There were 26.7% more homes listed than the previous year.
- The benchmark price for all home types was $592,500.

FEBRUARY MARKET STATS ARE OUT!

Inventory levels saw substantial year-over-year growth for the second month in a row, rising by 76 per cent to 4,145 units in February. While inventory increases were seen across all price ranges, the largest increases were in homes priced under $500,000.

Here’s a little breakdown:

- Last month's sales were 19.3% fewer than a year before.
- There were 4.4% more homes listed than the previous year.
- The benchmark price for all home types was $587,600.
