I believe that my clients become like family and that doesn't end when the transaction is completed, I can’t count the baby showers, weddings and other milestones I’ve been invited to be part of. I am extremely hands on for all my listings, and regardless of price all my clients are given the royal treatment, my tasks range from conducting negotiations at the highest levels, to ensuring that a burned out light bulb is changed…whatever is required. Service includes grooming the property for each showing, deactivating any alarm, turning on lights, adjusting window coverings etc, to produce the optimum viewing environment for a buyer. I provide follow up, accurate and insightful market analysis, timely reviews and, of course, expert networking and negotiating skills. I have been lucky to find my partner Jemma Stephenson who believes in providing the same level of care to clients that I do.
