My clients were not rushing into homeownership... but when a desirable townhouse in Varsity dropped into our search criteria, I knew it wouldn’t last and we needed to act decisively.
We were patient until patience was no longer the winning strategy. ✨
By securing a private showing ahead of the open house, we put ourselves in a position to have a seat at the table when another offer came in that same day. From there, we ultimately had our offer accepted and the open house was canceled! 💪
Today, they're officially homeowners! Big congratulations to my diligent clients. I'm so thrilled for them and excited to see them take possession of this gorgeous property next month. ♥️
