🏢✨ SOLD! The Condo Chronicles ✨🏢

In March 2019, I was busy painting a rental unit when I got a message on my phone. It said there were condos for sale nearby. Now, I wasn't a big fan of condos, but I thought this one could make some money. So, I hurried over there.

I remember I didn't have my car, so I ran down the street. I was really excited to see the presentation center and choose the best condo out of the not-so-great ones. I believe the best of the worst always attracts more buyers. It's not too cheap or too expensive, and you can sell it easily.

So I took action, purchased a unit and helped 3 other friends do the same, knowing it would be a good thing for their families.

It took almost 4 years to complete the deal and get the condos. Luck played its part because the economy was bad for a long time. But things turned around recently, and it worked out well.

In the end, I helped three friends and myself make a decent return. It wasn't easy, and it caused us all some stress, but the lessons and experiences were worth it.

It's not just about the money, it's about what I learned and how I handled the ups and downs- and stayed the course.

So, there you have it—the story of how four condos brought us all some great returns. Onto the next one 🎉✨
