When I’m asked how I manage work in both Canada and Mexico, I usually just smile and say “it’s because I’m obsessed with residential real estate.” And if you know me, you’ll know that’s the truth.
I don’t think you can keep up in this industry, or truly enjoy it, if you’re not in love with what you do.

But no matter where I am…Calgary, Cabo, or Sayulita, these always hold true:

Last week, I had the pleasure of handing over the keys to a new homeowner in Calgary🍾 (congratulations E!) What stood out most was that he thanked me for my patience throughout the buying process. Truthfully, the feeling was mutual! I was deeply grateful for his patience and trust as well, and it resulted in him securing an amazing detached home for a historically low price for the community 👏
