Congrats to my clients on the purchase of this brand new beauty in Bowness! While their sale was smooth, their purchase was anything but. This was the second crack at it, after having to walk away from the house they first offered on. Unfortunately, a changing market brings the issue of some sellers thinking we’re still in 2023 and not willing to address issues on an inspection report. In a balanced market, the buyer and the seller must work together to get to the finish line.
