Friendly reminder from your local real estate lady: furniture is not technically part of a home sale unless it’s specifically included in writing… and honestly, sometimes it’s best to leave it out of the deal altogether. 😂

You’d be surprised how many awkward situations can happen over a dining table, or a headboard or “but I thought the bar stools stayed” conversation.

A clean transaction = less stress for everyone.
Take the memories, take the couch, take the weird lamp your spouse insists on keeping.

When you spend your money inside of your community, it creates an economic synergy. You decide what businesses survive with your hard earned dollars. 4) You create a better place to live. Towns thriving with local, small businesses are just more interesting, culturally vibrant places to live. No one wants to live in a city dominated by national chains and big box stores. Ironically, if you want more variety and specialty options, think smaller. Not bigger.
