El mercado de casa en Calgary se esta balanceando , me refiero a q han salido más casas a la venta en los dos últimos meses , en este momento hay 3,200 listings q es el inventario normal , en el mes de febrero sólo habían 1600 listings , mitad del inventario normal , como consecuencia los precios de las propiedades subieron y el mercado favorecía a los vendedores , en este momento al balancearse el mercado lo q pasara es q los precios se mantendrán o bajarán un poco y los compradores tendrán un poco más de oportunidad de negociar precios y términos de la compra .
