The staff here at Evergreen would like to thank our residents for the respect and care taken at this time. Big thank you to those helping higher risk residents by checking on them, doing some of their shopping and just being so great! We saw this same fantastic community pull together during the flood and you have done it again. We still believe we have the best tenants ever!

Great way to make some extra money and gain space at the same time. If you would like to take part in the annual yard sale email, drop a note, call the office or show up on the sale day and we’ll find you a spot. Space is not limited but unfortunately tables are so please indicate if you will require one. Held on the front plaza of the building with the rain day being August 29rd. All persons taking part should be setup at 10:00 AM
