🏡 July is here, which means it’s time to look back at June — a busy and rewarding month for our team.
June was a great month on the listing side of our business — several of our listings closed this month, and we’re really happy with how it all came together. Even though the seller side of the market has been a little slower than before, the right strategy paired with correct pricing still brings properties to a fast, successful close. ✨
📌 In June, we had the privilege of closing 16 transactions — 12 on the buyer side and 4 on the seller side. As always, the carousel features listing prices rather than final sale amounts to protect confidentiality — but we worked hard to make sure every client got the best possible outcome.
What made this month truly meaningful, though, is the trust our clients continue to place in us. Some are returning clients — families who bought their first home with us years ago and came back to sell and move up. Others are first-time buyers stepping into ownership. Every journey is personal, and being invited into it — again and again — is something we never take for granted. We truly wouldn’t be where we are today without you. 🤍
