March brought a mixed market across Calgary!

Inventory is rising, with more options in row + apartment-style homes, while detached homes remain tight. Sales hit 1,881 — up from last month, but still down 13% year-over-year, largely due to slower apartment activity.

Overall, the market is feeling more balanced heading into spring. But look closer:
‼️Detached homes → low supply, steady price growth
‼️ Apartments → more supply, more buyer-friendly, prices softening

Benchmark price: $565,600
⬆️ Slightly up from February
⬇️ Down ~4% from last year
