What started as an underutilized outdoor area is now a welcoming retreat for women and children staying at FearIsNotLove's Emergency Shelter.

On June 9, dedicated REALTORS®, including Friends of the Foundation members, came together to help bring the Outdoor Oasis to life. Made possible through a 2025 CREB® REALTOR® Community Foundation Transformation Grant, the space provides a safe and inviting environment where families can enjoy fresh air, connect and spend time together. 🤝

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: In line with seasonal trends, inventory has risen from the start of the year, reaching 6,752 units in May. While these levels are consistent with last May, they remain 11 per cent higher than longer-term trends for the month, thanks to higher supply levels of apartment and row-style homes.

A special thank you goes to our incredible table hosts, who generously shared their heritage, food, customs and experiences. Your passion, creativity and willingness to connect with others made this event truly memorable.
