Year-to-date residential sales in the city remain just above last year’s levels due to improvements in the attached sector so far this year.

Here’s a little breakdown:

- Last month's sales were 1.02% less than a year before.
- There were 10.35% fewer homes listed than the previous year.
- The benchmark price for all home types was $419,100.
