Join us on March 31 for a special screening and conversation about housing affordability in Alberta.

The evening features a screening of ā€œThe Space We Createā€ documentary, a film that chronicles the story of The Aster ā€” a 33-home attainable housing development led by designed to expand homeownership in one of Canadaā€™s most constrained housing markets.

Following the screening, weā€™ll hear insights from ā€˜s Affordable Housing Modelling and Analysis research examining model and bring together a panel of experts to explore what these two made-in-Alberta projects can teach us about addressing housing affordability challenges in Calgary and across Alberta.

Both projects were supported by the Alberta Real Estate Foundation.

The Alberta Real Estate Foundation was established under the Real Estate Act in 1991, made possible because REALTORSĀ® created a way to give back to the community and the profession through interest earned on trust deposits.
