I will base your suggested listing price for your home completely off the current market activity, the most recent sales comparables for your neighborhood and active listings. I feel it is important for you to price your property at a fair market value, at the highest price the market will bare. I will list your home at whatever price point you choose, however I will always tell you what I feel the actual fair market value of your home is. If you price to high, your property could get stale dated and risk selling for a lot less.
