Keri, the kids and I made some cute little meringues last night. 👻🎃 They turned out really good for our first attempt. It took way longer than the recipe said but these little dudes have a lot more personality than the original recipe 😏🤨☹️😮😞😀😖😁

SOLD - just 3 days on the market! This was a nice quick FULL PRICE sale over the weekend giving my sellers a great reason to SELL-a-brate! (Oh sorry, that was not bery punny.) 🙃

They did such fantastic work prepping the house to list, making my job easier and getting us excellent showing feedback from other Realtors and their clients. In addition, the buyer and their Realtor were an absolute pleasure to work with so it was low stress all around, just the way we like it!

This Halloween I discovered a slick way to hand out marketing material… staple it to bags of chips and get the little candy monsters to come to you! 🤣 It’s a great system. I only had to walk to the door to get an excellent random coverage of the local area.

I did have to clear away the deer ‘Glossettes’ first to prepare for my little sales team but all-in-all it was much easier than delivering on my own. I was able to send out more “coming soon” postcards in the same amount of time it took me to walk a third of them around town.
