Quick getaway to The Post Hotel. Who wouldn’t want to have a special Negroni at this bar! Their Negronis are Rhubarb Gin/Vermouth/Campari and Aperol. Then aged in small batch oak barrels for a month. So of course I am now looking for small oak barrels.
