Every Friday morning I hear CJAY92 do something good for a deserving family who has hit on hard times.( Giving cash, gifts, sometimes even vehicles. They are the ones who replaced the boys insulin pump that was stolen in Airdrie) This April, $50 from every Home Inspection that I do will go to CJAY92 Kids Fund. That includes any inspection that I offer, buyers inspection, pre-listing inspection, condo inspection, new-home warranty inspection.(I've found many deficiencies in brand new homes that have been overlooked by the builder, why not have them correct before warranty runs out) If you have any friends, family, or clients that could use my services, or if you'd like to donate please contact me, let's make this cheque at the end of April as large as possible.

Did you sell your home (primary residence) in 2016? Listen up - Liberal gov't has implemented an administrative change to your tax reporting requirements. You will now be required 'to report basic information (date of acquisition, proceeds of disposition and description of the property) on your income tax and benefit return when you sell your principal residence to claim the full principal residence exemption.'
