We don’t post very often, but we’re excited to officially introduce The Firefly Yurt!

The Firefly is a traditional, hand-built 19 ft Mongolian yurt tucked into a wildflower meadow in Margaree, just minutes from the Cabot Trail.

It’s a simple, off-grid glamping stay with a comfy double mattress, quiet valley views, and a star-gazing dome so you can fall asleep beneath the Cape Breton sky.

It’s been a minute since we’ve posted here, but we have some really exciting news to share! We’ve officially finished our renos on this new home and it’s right in Baddeck, Nova Scotia.

If you’ve been looking for a cozy, design-forward spot to escape to in Cape Breton this summer or fall, our doors are officially open. We built this space with relaxation in mind and it is super walkable with easy access to everything Baddeck has to offer.
