Meanwhile, the market for condos has shifted: apartment condos saw sales dip nearly 14% year-over-year, and benchmark prices fell over 8% to $291,400. Row homes, too, reached a supply milestone not seen since 2026 began, with prices at $412,400. These shifts matter, especially as financing opportunities play a key role in your decisions. Despite these nuances, seasonally adjusted prices held steady from mid-Q3, underscoring the typical late-Q3 pause—even as Calgary’s strong job numbers and positive migration continue to sustain demand.
