Today as I was leaving my nail💅🏼 lady’s house🏡 I pulled up to what I thought was a child’s lemonade🍋 stand with two little boys👦🏻👦🏼 standing next to a cardboard box 📦 sales counter, and a cardboard sign 🪧 I couldn’t read.
Me: “Hey! What are ya selling? Lemonade?”🥤
Kid: “Nope, we’ve got a pack of gum, or a pack of Air Heads”🍭
Me: “How much💵 for the gum?”
Kid: “Three bucks”🤑
Me: “Three bucks!😳 That’s pretty steep. What kinda gum is it?”🤔
Kid: “It’s bubble🫧 gum”
Me: “Oh! Well in that case, that’s a pretty good deal.”👍🏻
I dig in my purse👜 and hand the kids $4 worth of change🪙 and tell him there’s a tip💰 included because they gave me such great service⭐️ Their little faces lit up🤩 like it was Christmas🎄morning, and just like that my day was made🥰 Plus I got me some bubble gum outta the deal!😂 Winning!🏆

I won’t go into details, but let’s just say selling his condo was going to make👍🏻 or break👎🏻 his financial situation. Needless to say, his stress and anxiety😰 was next-level! I was nervous😟 too because the condo market is less than stellar 📉 right now. I did my best🙏🏻 and thankfully got him a conditional offer💰in under two weeks.👍🏻Thankfully the buyers removed all conditions✅ last night. When I called him to tell him his condo was officially sold🎉 he was so grateful, he cried!😭 Over the years there have been moments when I wonder if I made the right career choice.🤔 Moments like this confirm that I’m right where I belong.❤️ I’m so honoured to be able to help people through some of the most stressful times of their lives🥰 A big thanks to my seller for putting his trust in me. I’m so glad it ended in happy tears!😅
