Throughout July, our team made significant progress across the site—from structural advancements to the finer details that bring each home one step closer to completion. Every phase reflects the craftsmanship, precision, and dedication that define Fortem Group. From framing and exterior work to the finishing touches taking shape, every day on site moves us closer to delivering homes built to last.

We're currently advancing six projects across Calgary, each at a different stage of development—including a residential renovation alongside several new construction projects. It's exciting to see each vision come to life, one milestone at a time.

At this stage, you’ll notice doors, millwork details, wood materials, tools, and active work zones on site.
This phase is part of the interior finishing stage, where precision and craftsmanship directly impact the final quality of the home.

Current focus areas:

Millwork
Custom millwork is carefully measured, aligned, and installed to ensure clean lines, proper fit, and long-term durability.

Door installation
Doors are measured, leveled, and fitted precisely to ensure smooth operation and a perfect fit within each frame.

Wood materials
All wood materials are inspected for quality, accuracy of cuts, and finish consistency before and during installation to prevent future issues.

Tools & work zones
Documenting tools and active work areas helps track progress, maintain safety standards, and ensure each task is completed at the right stage.
