FYI: Owning the property doesn’t mean unlimited access. 🔑🏡

In Alberta, landlords generally need to provide tenants with at least 24 hours’ written notice before entering a rental property — including the reason for entry and the date and time.

Of course, there are exceptions for situations like emergencies, tenant consent, or an abandoned property.

Good property management is about protecting your investment and respecting the people who call it home.
