Breaking down these city wide stats.. West and City Centre are tight and still gaining — both hit record prices. South and South East are also fairly tight on supply, but prices there are still easing slightly. North East and East are the soft spot, with the most supply and the steepest price declines.

July 10th we thought we were out of the woods with mom’s TAVI (aortic valve surgery) After taking her BP & Pulse with the omron machine over that weekend and noticing a bit of a downward trend i was concerned, called 811, but no immediate need to go to hospital. The next day while mom was at her holtar fitting she collapsed again but thankfully I was there to catch her dead weight fall. Immediately a code 66 was called and 5 people were in the room and rushing mom to emergency. 2 more of these episodes of the heart pausing landed her in CCU with surgery of a temporary pacemaker , then the final permanent pace maker surgery this past Friday back at Foothills Hospital. I am so GRATEFUL to all the Staff at RockyView & Foothills & paramedics that work so tirelessly to save lives.🙏🙏🙏🙏🌺🌺🌺🌺🏥 My mom got lucky to get in quickly due to the severity of her condition, however not everyone is. however
We do need another cardiac surgery center besides Foothills. It is overworked would be smart for them to add this to Seton as that was proposed a long time ago.

June25 mom was admitted to Rockyview suddenly when i found her collapsed on my bathroom floor After days of tests and amazing cardiologists, nurses and specialty cardiac surgeon Dr Sachedina who performed this amazing surgery. Mom has a new aortic valve. I am so grateful to the team at Foothills who saved my mom ❤️❤️❤️🙏🌺
