Real estate isn’t just about putting a sign on a lawn or handing over keys. It’s about taking care of people during one of the biggest transitions of their lives.

The truth is, houses are easy. People matter.

My goal is always to make the process feel less overwhelming, answer the questions you didn’t even know you had, and be the person in your corner from start to finish.

So yes, I sell homes.

But more importantly, I take care of the people moving in, moving out, and figuring out what comes next.

If I had to get my home ready to sell in 30 days, this is the exact list I’d prioritize to get it sold fast:

✅ Declutter every room (less is more)
✅ Deep clean from top to bottom
✅ Touch up paint and repair minor damage
✅ Improve curb appeal (lawn, flowers, front door)
✅ Remove personal photos and excess décor
✅ Organize closets and storage spaces
✅ Update light fixtures and replace burnt-out bulbs
✅ Eliminate odors (pets, smoke, cooking smells)
✅ Stage key rooms to highlight function and space
✅ Get professional photos taken

The truth is, buyers decide how they feel about a home within minutes. The goal isn’t perfection—it’s helping buyers envision themselves living there.
