✨ Eligible applicants may receive:
✅ A forgivable loan of up to 5% of the home’s purchase price (maximum $20,000)
✅ Funding to help make homeownership more affordable
✅ Loan forgiven after 5 years (provided program conditions are met)

📌 To qualify, you must:
• Be a Citizen of the Otipemisiwak Métis Government within Alberta
• Have a total household income of $150,000 or less
• Be purchasing a home as your primary residence
• Be pre-approved for a mortgage
• Not have owned a home within the past 3 years
• Apply BEFORE entering into a purchase agreement

⚠️ Important: Funding is limited, and applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis once a complete application is received.

Now is the perfect time to:
✔️ Get your mortgage pre-approval in place
✔️ Gather your required documents
