💰 Benchmark price: $569,200 (-2% YoY)
📆 Months of supply: 3.5 months

𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗯𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝘆𝗽𝗲:

🏠 Detached: $743,900 (-2% YoY) — still fairly balanced
🏡 Semi-Detached: $691,000 — holding steady
🏘️ Row: $418,500 (-6% YoY) — supply creeping up
