Sometimes the views I get showing properties are amazing. This one comes courtesy of a private rooftop patio in beltline. $500k for 1100 sqft with AC and west facing mountain views, not bad. Affordability is definitely coming back for Calgarians. We can expect some more slight declines through spring, but with rates coming back down, many buyers who've been sitting on the sidelines will be jumping in once they feel things have stabilized.
