Pumpkins, pies, hot bevvies, and good company!

What an incredible day at our 2nd Annual Client Appreciation Game with , , , and our very own superstar Caniggia Elva!! ⚽️

We had 50 of our amazing clients join us for a VIP experience as Calgary Cavalry FC took on Hamilton Forge FC. Both teams put up a great fight, with the game ending in a nail-biting 1–1 draw.

A huge thank-you to everyone who came out! There’s nothing better than catching up with friends/clients face-to-face. It’s even better when we can do it over a Cavalry game (no real estate talk required 😉).

A little end of summer update from me ☀️🚲🏘️

Without a doubt, the highlight of my summer was the trip I took to Ireland and Scotland with my eldest son. Jesse and I cycled the Aran Islands, hiked the Scottish Highlands, explored Glasgow, toured Celtic Park, and ate very, very well along the way. It was one of my favourite trips ever 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 🇮🇪

The rest of the summer has been the usual mix of working in Calgary and sneaking away to Invermere whenever I can. I’m pretty grateful this job allows for both!

Real estate-wise, Calgary's market has definitely slowed from the pace we’ve seen over the past few years. Buyers have more choice and there’s more room to negotiate. For sellers: pricing, presentation, and strategy matter a lot, especially in the condo market.

P.S. A huge shoutout to my incredible clients and referral partners for these recent sales. Your referrals and support make me one grateful realtor ❤️
