Get them for yourself, your Mom or just a Mate.
You don’t have to know how to garden or sow,
Just water it a little every day and watch them grow!
They’re easy to have around, they don’t take up too much room -

During the month of February, I am fundraising for ♥️ Heart & Stroke 🏥 by walking a total of 50km while raising awareness. I am excited that i am half way there!
I am asking for a few more donations to reach my fundraising goal, as well as your encouragement along the way ☺️

Every day, I go out for a ‘Power Walk’. While doing so, this fundraiser has me reflecting on the thousands of people that are affected by challenges with their heart helath, as well as the scary road of having a stroke. I also feel for their families and caregivers.
Heart issuess affect EVERYONE, including newborn babies to children to women and men.

One such topic that I am personally affected by is the topic of women & Menopause and how it affects my heart health. I recently had a nice discussion with my MD about prevention.
The topic of Women’s Health & Menopause is the focus of my shared article today.
