Today we had Shawn & Sean with NanoShield come and apply GoNano. Our roof is 13 years old and after finding out our insurance company has increased our deductibles on top of yearly premiums we did the math and although our roof has 67% coverage after the deductible we basically would be paying for it all our selves so we decided to treat our shingles and prolong their life. They come and do a free assessment to ensure they are healthy enough for the treatment because they stand by their warranty. The “Shawn’s” came to the house, inspected then sat with us and educated us on their product seen on Dragons Den. Their level of communication was top notch and the day of install they protected our surroundings from over spray and then cleaned up after they were done. Blew out our yards because they did remove the leaves from the roof before applying.
We live in a duplex so after they presented to us, I sent the info to my neighbour and they too saw the value of this product especially in Calgary where wind, hail, freeze and thaw suck the life out of our shingles. So we had it applied on the same day.

I have said it many times before about Realtors…that we aren’t created equal. Some go beyond and above the bare minimum. Well it relates to painters👩🏼‍🎨 too. Since Barry started painting our home🏠 a new color, many of our neighbours got inspired to do the same. Each of them hiring different companies. Each were completely different when it came to efforts and quality. Yes there were different price points but you can certainly see the difference of the job that may have cost a bit more but I promise you it will last longer, protect the homes cedar siding and increase its value and likely won’t need to be redone as soon. It impressed both Barry and I. The attention to detail on home prep, power washing, scraping and taping of windows and protecting the neighbours home, (ours)was impressive. Care and attention was top notch! In fact, when they accidentally dropped their paint brush and got a few drops of paint on our deck, they immediately arranged to come into our yard to clean up. Accountability. Wow! How refreshing. The ladies on the job took pride in their work. Everyday Barry came into our house and spoke accolades of their efforts. The Urban Painter is our REMAX FIRST Affinity Partner and I am excited to see their work first hand and will recommend them to whomever is seeking painters. Great work ladies!

Whoot whoot! THANK YOU to EVERYONE that made that possible!!
