2. Who should you hire to complete a home inspection?
-A professional licensed home inspector. This means that your home inspector has received the education and training as required to receive APHIS membership and a home inspector business license by the province.
3. What does a home inspection include?
-Inspected are the following but not limited to: roof, exterior, doors and glass, landscaping and decks, structure, heating and cooling, electrical, plumbing, walls, floors, ceilings, kitchen, bathroom(s) and fixtures, attic, insulation and ventilation, garage and/or carport.
4. How soon can I book an appointment?
-Please call 403-809-4966 to arrange an inspection time. Advance notice is best, but sometimes an inspection can be booked to be completed within 24-48 hours.
5. How soon will I receive the inspection report?
-You can expect to receive your inspection report within 24 hours from the time the home is inspected. I use reporting software that allows me to send you a digital copy of the report that includes pictures taken on site. Of course if you wish for a printed copy of the report it is always available.
5. Do you have a specialty?
-My background is in framing and cribbing basements therefore giving me professional construction background in structure.
6. How much does an inspection cost?
-Pricing is based on square footage of the home you wish inspected. ft. $475 + GST
2500sq. ft. $500 + GST
3000sq. ft. $525 + GST
