It's so nice when I run into people I used to know as customers from TD bank and they still remember me. When I say that the customers have always been the highlight of my past jobs, I really mean it. To all of the Realtors out there who may be struggling for success. Try not to compare yourselves to others and focus on what success means to you. Work towards that. It may be doing 50+ transactions a year. That’s great. It may just be having the means to spend more time with your kids and family. That’s great too. We all start from different places. Grow from that place.
