Another race weekend in the books.

Thank you to my teammates and .it on this double header. Saturday came with some big challenges, but we pushed through together for the win and another PR. That 56 minute time is getting closer. There honestly have not been many days without support, showing up consistently, and that is something truly irreplaceable.

Sunday I raced with a man .it and he continues to remind me just how great this world can be. An absolutely incredible human, an amazing dad, and somebody I’m grateful to call a friend. Looking forward to lining up and racing with him again soon.

These weekends remind me that racing is never just about the clock. It’s about the people beside you, the setbacks you overcome together, and the memories built along the way. Thank you to my@coach and my gym and our biggest supporter also!

This week in Miami at HYROX, we showed up with one goal to break 58 minutes. We got close but not quite there.

And honestly, that’s where the real lesson lives.

It’s easy to scroll social media and see the highlight reels the wins the podiums the perfect moments. What you don’t always see is the work behind it. The early mornings. The fatigue. The reps no one applauds.

At almost 50 years on this earth, I can tell you this with certainty consistency beats everything.

Not motivation. Not talent. Not even goals.

Consistency.

If you stay consistent in the areas of your life where you want to grow, improvement isn’t optional it’s inevitable.

This one didn’t hit the number we wanted but it moved us forward.

And we’re just getting started.
