April Market Update

A lot of people are asking me lately whether the market is crashing, heating up, or just confusing ...Truth is… it’s shifting.

Right now we’re sitting around:
• $700K median sale price
• 15 days on market
• 1,390 new listings
• 563 homes sold

We’re seeing more inventory pop up, which gives buyers a bit more breathing room, but good homes are still moving fast when they’re priced properly.

So if you’re thinking about buying, selling, upsizing, downsizing, or just curious what your place could sell for in this market, send me a message. Even if you just want honest advice, I’m happy to help.
