The Waterloo Region housing market in June continued to offer balanced conditions, with buyers benefiting from increased selection while sellers who priced strategically continued to achieve successful results. Sales picked up slightly from May, but overall market activity remained more measured than in previous spring markets.

The market continues to reward preparation and realistic expectations. Buyers are taking their time, and well-presented homes that are priced appropriately are still attracting solid interest.

My heart is so full after celebrating the Hespeler Reunion this past weekend. 💚

There’s something so special about seeing our community come together. Bringing smiles to so many children’s faces, watching their excitement as they got their faces painted and admired the work of an incredibly talented watercolour artist, made the weekend truly meaningful.

Being part of this community is something I truly cherish. Hespeler is a place I’m proud to call home.

A huge thank you to my family for helping set everything up.
