2023 finished off in relative stability - market wise🙌🙂
A few notes worth mentioning:
had the highest inventory in the region
was the only city to see a slight bump in average sale price up 1.4%
saw the largest drop in average sale price, down 5.3% from November 2023 and the largest days on market increase up 14 to an average of 38.
