2 Years. 10 People. 1 Incredible Journey.

Two years ago, a door opened and I walked through. A little nervous, and a lot excited.
This was a whole new wrelm for me. With 20 plus years in the Condo industry, starting your own company can be a scary adventure.
But I did it. With myself and Mike a vision and a whole lot of determination and alot of hours we are proud to say, we have accomplished more than I imagined.

Today, we're a team of 10 strong — complete with a dedicated maintenance department and building managers who keep our communities running smoothly every single day.

Hard to believe how far we've come.

None of this would be possible without our corporations — thank you for trusting us with your communities and for your continued support as we grow.

Our incredible vendors — you show up, you deliver, and you make us look good.
But most importantly to our amazing team — you ARE the reason this works. Every single one of you.

We know we can't be everyone's favourite… but we sure try. 😊

Meet our 2026–2027 Co-Vice Presidents, Shalon Chapman and Laurie Reed, who help guide the CCI Grand River board.

Shalon Chapman is Manager of the Condo Team at RLB LLP and brings over 15 years of experience in condominium audits and reserve fund planning. She also serves as Co-Chair of CCI GRC’s Finance Committee and Chair of the Communications Committee, helping strengthen financial knowledge and communication within the chapter.

Laurie Reed, OLCM, RCM, is CEO of Reed Condominium Management Solutions and has deep experience in property management. Her involvement in CCI spans local and national participation, reflecting a commitment to advancing education and collaboration in the condominium sector.

We look forward to the year ahead with Shalon and Laurie contributing their leadership and expertise.
