We said goodbye to summer with our last transaction in the beautiful city of Burlington! 🚗💨🌊😎⚓️⛵️

We often get asked how far we’re willing to travel for our clients, and the answer is simple: wherever you need us to be.

For this special search, we didn’t mind the drives to Burlington one bit. We worked hard to find the right property, and when they chose THE ONE, that choice quickly and unexpectedly attracted another offer, creating a competition for our clients’ dream home. We knew the condo market, adjusted our strategy accordingly, negotiated with that reality in mind, and it worked. We got our offer accepted! 🎉🍾

This wasn’t just any regular sale, though. This was our 3rd transaction over the years with this wonderful family. After our last deal together, they moved out of the province, and we honestly thought that was goodbye for good. So imagine our excitement when, years later, they called to say they were back in Ontario! It was an honour and a privilege to help them. Helping our amazing friends close this chapter was far more than just a real estate transaction to us. Having known them for the past several years and having witnessed both joyful moments and some of life’s most difficult days, we know this home carried a lifetime of emotions, memories, and meaning. Letting go of a home that has sheltered so many chapters of life is never easy, and we are truly honoured they trusted us to guide them through such an important transition.

Taking into consideration the changing climate of today’s market, the home saw an incredible amount of activity with over 20 showings in one week, a busy open house with 14 groups through in 2 hours, and a successful sale in only 12 days.
