Sewer gas is enter this home because someone who thought they new what they were doing really didn’t and put this family in an unhealthy situation for who knows how long. My client was thankful for educating them on this and telling them what to do to fix it!

Looks like a portion of the real estate market is back to competing offers like a few years ago.
If a seller says no to allowing a home inspection on the property please think hard about why. I would think they are trying to hide something very costly to repair. That’s a big red flag!
