From an idea in my head to a full trade show booth 🤎

So much went into bringing this space to life, and seeing it all come together was pretty incredible.

A huge thank you to Kenny for taking our vision and making it happen especially on such a tight timeline and to 654 Sign Inc. - The Sign Guys for always coming through for us!

So grateful for everyone who had a hand in making this happen.

Our trade show booth is officially up and running, and this is only the beginning. We have so many exciting events lined up over the next year and we can’t wait to take this space along for the ride. 🤎

A model home isn’t just designed to look beautiful it’s designed to make you feel something.

Every detail is intentional. The furniture placement, scale, lighting, colour palette and even the way you move through the space are chosen to help buyers stop seeing an empty house and start imagining a life there.

Because people don’t just buy square footage. They buy the feeling of home.

That’s the psychology behind great design and The Way I See It. 🤎

One of my favourite homes the potential here is EVERYTHING. 😍 I can already picture a complete JULIA MARCUM · CLJ 🏡-inspired reno bringing this home back to life while keeping all of its original character.

And the charm of this street? An absolute dream. 🤎

Working with the home, not against it. 🤎

This home already had strong features, warm finishes and plenty of personality our job was to make it all feel intentional.

We worked with the existing furniture and finishes, then layered in the right pieces, textures and accessories to create better balance, improve the flow and give each space a clear focal point.

Occupied staging isn’t about replacing everything. Sometimes it’s about knowing what to keep, what to edit, what to add and where to put it.

There are a lot of moving parts right now in Elle Cee and in life. A lot of growth, a lot of change, and naturally, a little uncertainty.

But growth has never come without risk. And every time I feel scared about what’s ahead, I remind myself that some of the best things in my life came from taking the chance before I knew exactly how it would all work out.

So here’s to trusting the process, embracing the uncomfortable parts, and knowing there’s something good on the other side of all this growth. 🤎

Historical beauty in Listowel listed with Zofia Kaczmarczyk. Look at these finishes - the wood trim everywhere is stunning. 😍

We have an On Site with Elle Cee coming soon from this property. It’s a goody 😍
