Congratulations to my first-time buyers! ๐๐ก
We first met a few years ago when they were preparing to make the move to Campbell River. Instead of rushing into the market, they took their time exploring the community, getting to know the different neighbourhoods, and discovering that Willow Point was where they truly wanted to put down roots.
They stayed patient, stayed focused, and never lost sight of their goal: owning a detached home. While a strata townhouse may have been the easier option, they remained committed to their dream and waited for the right opportunity.
That opportunity arrived in the form of a trustee sale, a property that needed plenty of TLC. But with determination, a clear vision, and the incredible support of skilled friends and family, they were able to see the potential where others saw challenges.
Today, they're homeowners and one step closer to creating the home they've always imagined. I couldn't be happier for them and feel grateful to have been part of the journey.
