My husband and I purchased our first home when we were 24 with help from family. Years later we jumped into building a Custom Home where we now live with our little boy and our not so "pocket" American Pocket Bully Louis!! I can personally relate to how Buyers and Sellers are feeling after being on both sides of that equation myself! I've got the advice and strategies you need to make your next move. With over 9 years in the Real Estate Business now I've been able to further my education, serve on the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board, and help many buyers and sellers from all backgrounds and financial situations to buy and sell. The sellers were in tears saying goodbye to this cabinā€¦.
Itā€™s always special getting to walk people through these transitions and my buyers were so happy to have the chance to meet the sellers and walk through the cabin with them to learn how it operates. A hard place to leave for them and a very exciting place to begin new adventures for my clients.
We had fun on this one and tonight we get to hand over the keys to some very special clients!!

Yesterday my 4 year old Son picked out my outfit and my earrings. Heā€™s been asking me to wear this dress and earrings for a week! Heā€™s cares more about what I wear than what he wears haha
It was a good day in the dress he picked! I had no times to post it because I was running from Campbell River office shift to F***y Bay, Royston and Courtenay for showings with an amazing repeat client of mine and her Mom which was amazing to see them 9 years after she first bought with me!

ā›“ļø Hop on the Quadra Ferry for Dinner on the Beach!
Thatā€™s what we did last night! A quick trip over to the island for just $30 for 3 of us and the car return trip on the ferry with the BC Ferries Experience card discount!
We took a drive to check out the lighthouse and all the boats and then drove to Rebecca spit where we set up the bbq for dinner on the beach and a lovely swim before packing up and hitting the ferry home which last sailing is 10:20pm (we were on the 8:40pm sailing) so lots of time for the evening trip!
Now that we have 2 ferries going back at forth itā€™s much easier to visit the island but definitely can be tricky on the weekends with lots of tourists out and about!
Highly recommend heading over for the day - or even half day like us!
Whatā€™s your go to spot on Quadra?!
