SOLD | Last week WestUrban Developments officially closed the sale of The Blueprint Residences at 9 Erskine Lane in View Royal to .

When we named this project “The Blueprint,” it represented a turning point for our company: four buildings, 336 homes, and the start of a new era and roadmap for how we scale, and the way we approach building community. It was the largest project we had ever taken on, and today it also stands as the largest single-title multifamily transaction in Vancouver Island’s history. That milestone speaks volumes about the strength of our region, the confidence in the local housing market, and the momentum we’re seeing in purpose-built rental development.

A project of this size only comes together because of the people behind it. Thank you to everyone who played a role along the way-from the teams who broke ground, to our project teams, subtrades, and construction partners who brought each building to life. Thank you to our leasing and property management teams who supported residents and helped shape the community that grew here. And thank you to Canada for their work facilitating this transaction and helping bring it across the finish line.
