There is so much real estate advice out there, but it does not always tell the whole story. 🔑

Does every renovation increase the value of your home? Not necessarily.

Will an open house always sell your home? It can certainly help, but great marketing, online exposure and private showings all play an important role in finding the right buyer.

The road that brought me here wasn’t always easy, but every struggle shaped the life I’m blessed to live today. I still have mountains to climb and dreams to reach, but the greatest gift is sharing the journey with the people who make it all worthwhile.

Sometimes I stop and think… I really do have the perfect combination. ✨

I get to work with people every day; hearing their stories, understanding what matters to them, and helping guide them through one of life’s biggest decisions. That part of my job is incredibly rewarding.

Then there’s the location. 🌊

In real estate, we talk about location constantly, and I couldn’t ask for a better one. I get to live, work and play right here on Vancouver Island-a place I genuinely love and feel incredibly fortunate to call home.

There are so many animals out there who have been abandoned, neglected, or simply in need of a loving home. 💗

Most of the pets I’ve had throughout my life have been rescues or animals needing to be rehomed.

After a very lengthy process of reaching out to several adoption agencies, and even being turned down because we could only take one kitten, somehow the universe gave us this little one. 🐾

And she’s perfect.

Smart, affectionate, sweet natured, and somehow already fitting right in with the rest of our fur pack.

I think she found us exactly when she was supposed to. ✨

But just like any good movie… sometimes it takes a few takes. 😂

Behind the scenes, there’s plenty of laughing, bloopers, imperfect moments and a whole lot of fun.

Life is too short not to laugh often, enjoy the ride and not take ourselves too seriously. I’m incredibly grateful for what I get to do, the people I meet along the way, and the life I get to live.

Life is better with attitude driven little fur balls!

These Frenchies have a way of filling our home with laughter, chaos, cuddles, and more personality than should be possible in two little bodies. 😂

They remind me to slow down, enjoy the simple things, get outside, and never underestimate the power of a good snuggle.

Wouldn’t trade the muddy paws, the snoring, the stubbornness, or the endless entertainment for anything. 💕
