🏠 Hastings: 138 sales | $516,273
🏠 Kawartha: 101 sales | $700,267
🏠 Northumberland: 118 sales | $635,163
🏠 Peterborough: 149 sales | $658,581
🏠 PEC: 31 sales | $856,868

🔑 PEC prices jumped 26.6% in one month. The Bank of Canada held rates at 2.25% on September 2nd. The next decision is October 28th, just 23 days away. Markets are leaning toward a hold, but a hike is still possible.
