This is what a wild Friday night looks like after 40.

Not cocktails.

Tiny needles. 💉

I finally tried microneedling at EF Medi Spa and I’ll admit… I expected something between a horror movie and medieval torture.

But honestly it was more like a spicy facial.
Weird little spiky vibration, but no pain.

24 hours later:

✨ Collagen: recruited and reporting for duty
✨ Fine lines: currently being evicted
✨ Glow: activated
