The Camrose market stayed active again this past week, with strong buyer activity and plenty of new inventory coming to market. While the average days on market was a little higher, that can often be influenced by a few properties that took longer to sell. The important thing is that homes are continuing to move and spring momentum is building!

More choice is great news for buyers, while sellers are still benefiting from active interest and solid sale prices.

Monday Market Report - Camrose. March 23-30 🏡

It was another active week in the Camrose market! We saw 11 new listings, 8 properties go pending, and 5 homes sell this past week. 🥳

The average days on market came in higher at 75 days, but that number was heavily influenced by a couple of properties that had been sitting on the market for quite some time before finally selling. The good news? They sold! 🙌

That tells us buyers are still out there and properties are moving. As we head further into spring, more activity is picking up and even homes that may have taken longer to find the right buyer are starting to see movement. ❤️
